C/2008 A1 (McNaught)

 Comet C/2008 A1 (McNaught)

Another glob-like fuzz ball.  This one having a bright pseudo nucleus.   I managed 3 observations as it headed west toward the sun. The first on 10/19/09 was around 8 degrees south of zeta Ophiuchi, but still in Scorpius.  The second observation was above and just to the right of zeta on 10/25/09.
The last observation was on 10/29/09 and was about halfway between zeta and M10.  I could not identify any field stars in any of these drawings from my star maps.  I have typically marked the FOV locations of stars on comet-finding maps in my comet files that are similar to my drawings.
