ASEM is a member of the IDA and I encourage individual members to join as well as this is the most potent resource to preserve (and, hopefully, recapture) our skies. Their quarterly publication Nightscape is just out and can be viewed at http://docs.darksky.org/Nightscape/NS80hr.pdf
